Operations and Human Resource

Responsibilities

  • Work with Data Management to collect and interpret data
  • Identifying patterns and trends in data sets to identify business opportunities

Dependable on frequency of events organized, approximately at least 2 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, interview and select potential incoming ABYA members
  • Plan and coordinate resources to train and develop ABYA executives
  • Create and manage evaluation assessments to keep track of overall performance

At least 2-3 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Supervise data systems and networks
  • Work with Data Analyst to organize, store and analyze data
  • Safeguard security and confidentiality standards

 

Commitment Period
Approximately at least 3 to 4 hours per week

Programmes and Events

Responsibilities

  • Be actively involved in and overseeing all programmes - ABYA Explore & ABYA LEAPS, from its development to implementation stage.
  • Ensure that the teams are coordinated and programmes’ objectives and outcomes are met
  • Provide leadership and input for all strategic planning processes
  • Be innovative and willing to challenge the status quo

 

Commitment Period

At least 5 hours per week and 2 hours meeting fortnightly

Responsibilities

  • Assist in marketing activities for both pre- and post-event phase
  • Prepare and produce engaging marketing materials from posters, emails, social media copy to increase awareness and sign-ups
  • Work closely with ABYA marketing team to manage and monitor marketing efforts of the events

 

Commitment Period
At least 2 hours per week & 1 hour team meeting fortnightly

Responsibilities

  • Communicate, maintain timelines and priorities on organizing the events (ensure the success of delivering the events)
  • Brainstorm to develop strategies and creative approaches to curate the event and refining the events SOP
  • Ensure that the documentation of all events from other departments are clear and updated on Airtable/Google Drive

 

Commitment Period
At least 2 hours per week & 1-hour team meeting fortnightly

Description
Each project manager will be attached to 1-2 student teams that will be working on a real-world project sponsored by a company (~12 weeks). The project manager will assist in the facilitation of the team’s progress and ensure the team progresses efficiently.

 

Responsibilities

  • Organize and motivate the project team with the support of the lead ‘student consultant’
  • Ensure that the teams are well-aware of the timeline and deliverables of their project to produce quality work
  • Facilitate communication and bridge possible gaps among student teams, mentors (attached to the team) and company representatives
  • Assist in other areas of the programme (e.g. marketing, HR) when help is required

 

Min Commitment Period
Aug 2021 - Nov 2021 (able to extend if you are still keen to be part!) 

At least 2 hours per week & 1 hour team meeting fortnightly. Will be required to keep track of project progress on a weekly basis

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative and engaging content for LEAPS 2021 on social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram (including poster designing, content ideation and implementation schedules)
  • Document the journey of participants, brainstorm and create other possible ways (e.g. videos, blog articles) to best showcase LEAPS 2021
  • Proofread and copyright relevant marketing collaterals (include content on website)
  • Ensure and keep the information on the website up to date

Jun 2021 - Dec 2021 (able to extend if you are still keen to be part!)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in formulating monitoring & evaluation framework (surveys) to measure key performance indicators such as industry knowledge, skills and ASEAN readiness of the students
  • Ensure that the measurable indicators are properly tracked and recorded throughout the whole program duration and assist in writing progress reports
  • Assist in presenting information and derive insights through visualisation and reports
  • Liaise with external parties to organize workshops, masterclasses and webinars

Partnership Development

Responsibilities

  • Source for potential partners.
  • Manage email outreach and conversation with potential partners.
  • Meet potential partners either through physical meetups or video calls.
  • Prepare content for partnership outreach materials.

Marketing

Responsibilities 

  • Conceptualizing posts and crafting of captions
  • Managing posting schedule
  • Analysing insights to recommend improvements

At least 1-2 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Writing blogs regarding industries and cultures of ASEAN
  • Preparing social media content based on blogs written

  • Update the website content on ad hoc basis
  • Improve the website design and style
